I wrote this a week and a half ago and completely for got to post it. So you can see where my brain has been lately.

As I go through the first half of the year, I always notice the way some months fly and how you think you do more than you actually do. When it comes to Uncollecting, that means I could have sworn I read a lot or watched a lot but these numbers seem to say otherwise. Then I remember that I was reading or watching stuff, but it was new shows or comics on my tablet that aren’t officially on my list. I have finished my Wonder Woman read-through and then moved on to years’ worth of the Titans, starting at Rebirth. Right now, I’m making my way through Infinite Frontier and will move on to Nightwing in anticipation of my re-reading of the Tom Taylor run.

Of course, this all coincides with the last quarter of the school year. That means things ramp up and we rush toward testing. It also means that I’ll have many more tired mornings and nights with a collapse and doomscrolling. That’s a problem as well — too many nights spent on YouTube.

I’ve been thinking of tweaking hte formatting of these update posts, maybe by going over hte “best” of what I read over hte prior month. I don’t log my titles, so you won’t get a comprehensive list, but I can certainly make recommendations.

So let’s see what May has in store.
